What are our products made from?

While our items may feel like plastic, they're actually are made of a material called Polylactic Acid, or PLA. PLA is a much more eco-friendly material than plastic, being derived of biological materials such as cornstarch, cassava, or maize. The material begins to break down and biodegrade at temperatures of around 60°C. Because our New Zealand doesn't get that hot, you can be certain that you won't wake up one morning to find your shiny new fidget toy melted into a colourful puddle. (However, long-term exposure to sunlight could cause small to medium amounts of discoloration)

We source our PLA and PLA+ from wondershop.nz and eSUN respectively, two brands which produce high quality filament, allowing us to produce high quality products. 

Are the items safe?

Any items that have the potential to do harm have that potential noted on their product page. However, we still wouldn't recommend allowing any child under the age of 3 to play with or use our products, as they may have small parts and be a choking hazard if consumed.

Why can't we order through this website?

To be able to allow orders through this site, we would need to pay a subscription to a website creation platform such as shopify. However, by having customers email us about their purchase, and organizing payment through back and forth messages, we can keep this site afloat for considerably less. This allows us to charge lower prices on our items, and give you a better deal on your purchases.

How much is postage?

Are our items fragile?

While it depends on the model, most of our items can take a bit of a beating before they actually get damaged. Of course, they aren't invincible, but as long as you're not rough with them, they'll survive.
